The Società Dante Alighieri carries out on behalf of the MTA the proficiency and competence certification test of tourist guides in the Italian language.

Il corso ha lo scopo di indagare alcuni aspetti della lingua della giustizia in Italia. In particolare si parla del testo giuridico, ossia il testo delle leggi. Dopo una breve rassegna dei principali testi giuridici italiani si passa ad un’analisi che verte sui contrassegni di forma e sulle caratteristiche linguistiche di tali testi.

Il corso si terrà in 4 sessioni di 2 ore ciascuna.

Il corso, con certificato di partecipazione, è mirato a studenti che studiano la lingua italiana all’università ed a tutti coloro che s’interessano della lingua giuridica italiana. Lingua del corso è l'italiano.

Lingua e giustizia

The aim of this course is to analyse aspects of the language of justice in Italy focusing mainly on the text of law. Following a brief account of the major law texts the course will look closely at the form and language that characterise such a text.

The course is held in 4 sessions

All University students studying Italian and all those interested in the Italian legal language are invited to attend. The course will be held in Italian. Certificates will be distributed to participants.

L-iskop ta’ dan il-kors huwa l-analizi tal-lingwa tal-gustizzja fl-Italja. B’mod partickolari ser inharsu lejn it-testi tal-ligijiet. Wara li tinghata harsa lejn liema huma t-tesi principali tal-ligi Taljana il-kors ser jiffoka fuq il-forma u l-lingwa li jikkaratterizzaw dan it-tip ta’ test.

Il-kors jinghata f’4 sessjonijiet.

Dan il-kors huwa intiz ghall-istudenti li jistudjaw il-lingwa Taljana fl-Università u ghal kull min tinteressah il-lingwa legali fl-Italja. Il-lingwa li ser tintuza matul il-kors hija t-Taljan. Fi tmiem il-kors jinghata certifikat.
